These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MaxPlex mobile application, Android TV player, Windows desktop software, and associated cloud APIs ("Services").
By downloading, installing, or using MaxPlex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
2. License to Use
MaxPlex grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the MaxPlex software strictly for personal, non-commercial media playback and streaming purposes.
3. User Account Responsibilities
When you create an account or authenticate via Google OAuth, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the MaxPlex application or private API services.
- Bypass or disable any security measures, rate-limiting tokens, or authentication mechanisms.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or DDoS tools against MaxPlex servers.
- Distribute harmful malware, trojans, or exploit code through the platform.
5. Content & Third-Party Disclaimer
MaxPlex is an advanced multimedia player and synchronization platform. MaxPlex does not host, upload, or own third-party media content provided by external indexed networks. All trademarks, titles, and media properties belong to their respective copyright owners.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the MaxPlex platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of any violation of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall MaxPlex or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
